2. Jakie dane zbieram i po co
Formularz kontaktowy, e-mail, telefon, WhatsApp. Imię i nazwisko, adres e-mail, numer telefonu, treść wiadomości i dane jachtu, które podasz. Używam ich, żeby odpowiedzieć na zapytanie, przygotować wycenę i umówić pracę. Podstawa prawna: działania przed zawarciem umowy, na Twoje żądanie (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO), oraz mój prawnie uzasadniony interes w odpowiadaniu na korespondencję (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
Formularz zlecenia (elektrykajachtowa.pl/zlecenie). Formularz tworzy plik PDF w Twojej przeglądarce. Wpisane dane nie są wysyłane na serwer, dopóki sam nie prześlesz mi gotowego dokumentu. Przesłane zlecenie służy do wykonania umowy i rozliczeń (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b i c RODO).
Realizacja usług i faktury. Dane potrzebne do wykonania usługi, wystawienia faktury i prowadzenia księgowości. Podstawa prawna: wykonanie umowy i obowiązki prawne, w tym podatkowe (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b i c RODO).
Statystyki strony (Google Analytics 4). Tylko po wyrażeniu zgody w kategorii „Statystyka”. Dane o odwiedzinach: strony, czas wizyty, przybliżona lokalizacja, rodzaj urządzenia. Podstawa prawna: zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO).
Reklamy i pomiar konwersji (Google Ads). Tylko po wyrażeniu zgody w kategorii „Marketing”. Sprawdzam, czy wizyta z reklamy zakończyła się kontaktem: kliknięciem w telefon, WhatsApp, e-mail lub formularz. Podstawa prawna: zgoda (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. a RODO).
Ochrona przed spamem (Google reCAPTCHA). Analizuje sposób korzystania z formularza, żeby odróżnić człowieka od bota. Podstawa prawna: prawnie uzasadniony interes w ochronie strony (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
3. Pliki cookie
Przy pierwszej wizycie wybierasz, na które kategorie plików cookie się zgadzasz. Zmienisz to w każdej chwili ikoną w rogu strony. Bez Twojej zgody działają tylko pliki niezbędne.

Google i Meta mogą przetwarzać dane w USA. Przekazanie odbywa się na podstawie unijno-amerykańskich ram ochrony danych (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) lub standardowych klauzul umownych Komisji Europejskiej.
6. Jak długo przechowuję dane
- Korespondencja i zapytania: do zakończenia sprawy, a potem maksymalnie 2 lata.
- Dane z umów i faktur: przez okres wymagany przepisami podatkowymi i księgowymi, we Włoszech zwykle 10 lat.
- Dane z cookie: zgodnie z ustawieniami narzędzi Google (Analytics: do 14 miesięcy) albo do wycofania zgody.
7. Twoje prawa
Masz prawo do:
- dostępu do danych i ich sprostowania,
- usunięcia danych i ograniczenia przetwarzania,
- przenoszenia danych,
- sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na uzasadnionym interesie,
- wycofania zgody w dowolnym momencie (bez wpływu na wcześniejsze przetwarzanie).

- Corrispondenza e richieste: fino alla conclusione della pratica, poi al massimo 2 anni.

2. What data I collect and why
Contact form, e-mail, phone, WhatsApp. Name, e-mail address, phone number, the content of your message and the boat details you provide. I use them to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and schedule the work. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Work order form (elektrykajachtowa.pl/zlecenie). The form creates a PDF file in your browser. The data you enter is not sent to the server until you send me the completed document yourself. A received order is used to perform the contract and for invoicing (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Service delivery and invoices. Data needed to perform the service, issue the invoice and keep the accounts. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations, including tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).
Website statistics (Google Analytics 4). Only with your consent in the "Statistics" category. Visit data: pages viewed, visit duration, approximate location, device type. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Advertising and conversion measurement (Google Ads). Only with your consent in the "Marketing" category. I check whether a visit from an ad ended in contact: a click on the phone number, WhatsApp, e-mail or the form. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You have the right to:

- erase your data and restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
