Yacht electrician in Porto Torres, Stintino and Castelsardo

Porto Torres is a landfall for boats arriving from the north, Corsica or France, while Stintino and Castelsardo are busy summer harbours. I come on scheduled trips, about three hours from my base, and try to combine several jobs in one day.

Typical jobs

• boats fresh from a crossing with a fault to fix before continuing: charging, autopilot, instruments, lights;
• preparing for a crossing to Corsica, the Balearics or the mainland: electrical check, batteries, bilge pumps;
• boats wintering in the area: winterisation afloat and end-of-winter checks;
• planned installations: lithium, Victron, solar, new instruments.

How it works

1. Send me a WhatsApp message: boat type, marina, what is not working, a few photos.
2. I reply with a first assessment and, if needed, we arrange an inspection on board.
3. You get a quote with a timeframe. For larger jobs I ask for a 50% deposit on labour.
4. I work on board and at the end we sign the job handover report. Labour comes with a 12-month warranty.
